The news of a potential James Harden trade is catching many by surprise. The inclusion of the New York Knicks as a possible suitor? That’s a surprise.
It was reported that Harden will exercise his $35.6 player option with the Philadelphia 76ers as part of a lead-in to a trade away from Philly.
The ESPN Insider went a step beyond and named the two teams he said can be expected to explore a deal for the very controversial superstar: the Los Angeles Clippers and the New York Knicks!
The Knicks are in the market for a star, but we’re not convinced it would be a winning move for the team. We are convinced that the strippers at Rick’s Cabaret—one block from Madison Square Garden—would welcome Harden with open arms. But, there is the question of whether the 76ers would even consider trading Harden to another team within the Atlantic Division.

In the end, teams will feel out what the Sixers want … and we think suggesting that the Knicks are seriously considering a pursuit of Harden is premature. But the Rick’s strippers can keep their hopes up!
